Thanks for the link to your post on Shawn's talk. The Cynefin approach you outlined raises some very good points. Your focus is quite different from mine, and it's great for me to reflect on. It's fascinating how two people can get something quite different from the same talk. And it's really great to get another perspective. Thanks.

Thanks for putting down the key learning points of Shawn’s evening talk which I’ve missed in my blog post since I’m so hooked on to the 3Cs – Collaboration, Cooperation and Coordination – from the time he shared it.

Yap, the story on the manager coming round his table to give dedicated attention to his staff member was sure a sticky one!
